Recommended Use:
Vegetarian Capsules: 1 capsule 4 times per day and women over 175lbs take 2 capsules 3 times per day. You can take with 1-2 ounces of liquid but do not take any other liquids 20 minutes before and after each dose for maximum benefits.
Liquid Concentrate: 1/4 tsp (1ml) 4 times per day and women over 175lbs take 1/2 tsp (2ml) 3 times per day. You may take with 1-2 ounces of liquid but avoid other liquids 20 minutes prior to and after taking dose for maximum benefits.
