Jim’s Organic Coffee was founded by Jim Cannell.  In 1985, while working on Wall Street Jim learned first hand the under lack of taste and aroma of instant coffee at his desk.  By 1992 Jim started his own coffee company only to merge and then leave to start what is today Jim’s Organic Coffee.
